H. Thomas Chapman is the President of V. L. Chapman Electric, Inc.  He has worked for the Company for well over 30 years.  Tom has been involved in every aspect of the electrical contracting industry.  He worked in the field, , managed multi-million dollar electrical project, and sucessfully helped manage a contracting firm that has flourished under his management.  He is well respected in the industry, being the former Chairman of the Lake County Division of the National Electrical Contractor's Association and a member of N.E.C.A's Board of Directors for over 10 years. Tom graduated from Mentor High School in Mentor, Ohio in 1967.  He was awarded a full athletic scholarship to the University of Kansas to play football.  In 2002, he was inducted into Mentor’s Sports Hall of Fame.  Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in Indiana and an Associates degree in Business Management from Lakeland Community College. He also has earned a certificate in Applied Electrical Technologies from Cleveland State University and a diploma from Master’s Divinity School. Claudia A. Chapman, Vice President, has many years of experience in the financial operations of the Company.  She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.  Claudia works closely with the Company accountant and the data processing firm that prepares the weekly payroll checks and reports.  She oversees the office administration and all aspects of the Company’s finances.  She is an integral part of the operation. Andrea D. (Chapman) Vann is the Company’s Accounts Receivable Manager.  She is also responsible job cost analysis as well as monthly benefits. She attended Cedarville College and earned an Associates of Arts from Lakeland Community College. Lydia M. (Chapman) Rich is the Company Office Manager.  She joined the Company full time in 2000.  She is a graduate of Cleveland State University as well as Lakeland Community College.  Her main responsibilities are payroll; including Federal, State and Municipal taxes, and accounts payable.
